How It Works for Buyers

When you make a reservation, SUpost sends an email to both the buyer and the seller.  This notification is a confirmation of your reservation for the post.  You are provided with the seller's email address, and the seller is provided with your email address.  You and the seller have the responsibility to complete the transaction by emailing each other.  

With the seller's email address sent to you, contact the seller directly in order to receive your item or service.  The money spent for the reservation is retained by SUpost and will not go to the poster. The poster will require you to pay the price listed on the post in order for you to receive the item.

By making a reservation, the post is deleted from the SUpost listings.  

How It Works for Sellers

When a buyer makes a reservation, SUpost sends an email to both the buyer and the seller.  This notification is a confirmation of the buyer's reservation for the post.  You are provided with the buyer's email address, and the buyer is provided with your email address.  You and the seller have the responsibility to complete the transaction by emailing each other.   Please email the buyer to complete the transaction.

When the buyer made the reservation for your post, your post was deleted from the SUpost listings. 

By reserving your post, the buyer demonstrated serious commitment to completing the purchase with you.  This is a serious buyer, ready to complete the transaction.  Request payment directly to the buyer. 

SUpost does not provide a payout to sellers for reservations.

FAQ for Buyers

I just made a reservation of a post listed on SUpost.  What are the next steps to receive what I bought?
By making a reservation, you informed the seller that you are a serious buyer and ready to complete the purchase.  Both you and the seller are emailed a notification of the reservation of the post for you. Your reservation deleted the post from the SUpost listings, reserving the item for you.  You should have received an email from SUpost with the seller's contact email.  Please email the seller directly and ask to complete the transaction.  You will need to make a payment to the seller for the value listed on the post in order to receive the item.  The reservation fee is retained by SUpost and not passed on to the seller.
